The services put out to tender include the preparation of geological reports for the replacement of several new bridge constructions and a traffic sign bridge of the Autobahn GmbH of the Federal Government in the area of the Rhineland branch.

The geological reports shall be drawn up for the following structures:

- A565 / AK Meckenheim

- A 61 / Bridge Schießbach

- A 61 / Merowinger Straße

- A559 / Rather Street

- A4_A559 / AK Gremberg

- A59 / Ersatzneubau Verkehrszeichenbrücke

A geological report shall be drawn up by the Contractor for each structure.

In summary, for each geological survey, the following work is required for each of the above-mentioned structures:

- Continuation and establishment of the final well-defined drilling program on the basis of the subsoil outcrops established by the client

- the on-site exploration of the subsoil on the respective structures with the following necessary work:

-- Digestion boreholes ( AB ), approx. 23 pcs for all BW together

-- Small ram bores ( KRB ) approx. 31 pcs for all BW together

--heavy ramming soundings ( DPH ) approx. 51 pcs for all BW together

-- Mining approx. 4 hours for the BW AK Gremberg

- the traffic routes on the BAB and the branch lines necessary for the explorations (planning, obtaining permits, setting up and carrying out on the basis of the documents prepared by the Client)

- the explosive ordnance soundings required in advance for the exploratory drilling

(see Section 2.2 Safety Detection and Explosive Ordnance Clearance During Construction in accordance with the Ordnance Ordinance NRW)

- Conducting laboratory tests (including chemical testing)

- Preparation of the geological report

For the ground exploration, the Contractor must update the exploration program prepared by the Client and develop a geotechnical exploration concept and deliver it to the Client and coordinate it with it.
