The field cooker is used by the Finnish Defence Forces' field maintenance troops as part of the field victualling system. The field cooker has the ability to prepare hot meals and drinks for the company (approx. 150–250 people). The field cooker must be suitable for off-road food preparation and for moving the vehicle on the road/tracks or off-road by pushing short distances with manpower. To enable a quick transition, the wood-fired appliance must also be able to prepare food on the go. The field cooker must operate in all weather conditions within the temperature range - 40°C to +40°C.

The field cooker is used in Finland and in crisis management tasks.

The length of the contract is 4 years from the moment of signing, the amount to be acquired is 75 pcs - 95 pcs during the contract period.

Between 75 and 95 field cookers will be purchased during the entire agreement period. The declared total value of the procurement is the estimated maximum value of the procurement for the entire contract period, the contracting entity does not commit to the stated maximum value during the contract period.
