Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF would like to enter into parallel framework agreements with 3-5 consultancy companies who can cover the following areas:

— Independent inspections in accordance with the requirements in the Planning and Building Act with the accompanying regulations within the following inspection areas: building physics (including air tightness), construction safety, geotechnics and fire prevention.
