Project management is the architectural, technical and economic response to the project owner's program. The basic mission is described in Decree No. 93-1268 of 29 November 1993 on project management missions entrusted by public contracting authorities to private law service providers. It includes the diagnosis, the pre-project and project studies and the assistance provided to the project owner for the award of works contracts, the management of the execution of the works contract and the assistance to the project owner during acceptance operations and during the guarantee of perfect completion. Also part of the core mission is the examination of the conformity with the project of the implementation studies and their approval
