The objective of the contract is to carry out a health system cost-effectiveness assessment in the EU-27 Member States, Croatia and the EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) with the view to highlight the potential impact of changes in lifestyle habits. The study will be primarily based on desk research. The quantitative analysis will be carried out using, as much as possible, existing statistical databases and statistical and econometric IT tools.
This analysis will be complemented by including a 2-round expert consultation exercise, including 1 written survey and 1 face-to-face expert group meeting to test the face validity of proposed methods and preliminary findings.
