Framework agreement on the delivery of general infection protection goods

The LZN is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct administration of Lower Saxony (see § 2 of the LZN's operating instructions). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on further tasks for public law users within and outside the state administration of Lower Saxony, as well as for privately owned companies that are fully owned by the public sector (cf. § 3 operating instructions).
