The Central Building Management of the City of Krefeld is building a tool shed for the volunteer fire brigade and rescue service in Krefeld-Traar for Department 37 - Fire Brigade and Civil Defence.
Separate supply systems are to be built for the two usage units of the property. The following list provides a rough description of the service to be provided:
- Work on the development of boreholes for
Geothermieanlagen:
- Obtaining permits
- 11 deep boreholes from 152 mm borehole diameter to a depth of 120 m, in two construction phases (6 and 5 boreholes each)
- Insert approx. 500 m of protective casing into boreholes to secure the borehole walls and pull them again after the probes have been grouted
- Installation of 11 Doppe-U tube probes DN 25 with a probe length of
130 m, incl. installation weights, spacers, grouting of the boreholes and ancillary services.
- Approx. 250 m³ excavation work incl. partial lateral storage, partial disposal of earth masses, production of pipeline zones with compaction work
- Excavation work for 2 pcs. distribution shafts incl. production and compaction of cleanliness layers, silting of the shafts
- Deliver approx. 1300 m of probe connection lines DN 32 incl. molded / connecting parts and install them in the line trench using the electric welding process
- Supply approx. 250 m of connecting pipes from distribution shafts to the building entrance DN 50 including moulded/connecting parts and install them in the line trench using the electric welding process, plus insulation
- After leak tests and flushing of the piping system, filling with heat transfer medium including documentation
