The project is to be implemented in several stages. The extension will be built in the first stage so that it can accommodate the temporary kitchen during the renovation of the kitchen on the ground floor. The provisional must ensure the supply according to the Cook and Serve specifications. All floors are accessed by a temporary external elevator.

Extension:

Attached three-storey wooden structure with curtain-type wooden slats, with the 2nd floor being set back. In the extension there are technical rooms on the 2nd floor, kitchen, storage and office space on the 3rd floor, and pure office use on the 4th floor.

Renovation:

Renovation of the kitchen on the ground floor and the entire technology on all floors as well as the creation of new storage areas and increased transport capacities through an additional goods lift. Furthermore, pollutant remediation, static and fire protection upgrades are planned.
