The subject of the order is the collection and management of post-production waste of the combustible fraction with codes: 07 02 13, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 06, 15 02 03, 16 01 19 in the process of recovery of R1 or R12 or disposal of them in the D10 process.

The development applies to post-production waste with a weight of 0.2-0.4 Mg/m3. Waste will be transported in loose and/or pressed bales in an amount of approx. 200 Mg/ month. Reception of waste will take place from the site of the Waste Disposal Plant in Bierkow — Bierkowo 120. To perform the service subject of the contract, the Contractor will use the means of transport at his expense. The waste loading lies on the side of the Contracting Authority. The means of transport used by the Contractor must be adapted to loading by means of a loader or forklift. The Contractor shall ensure supervision of the loading operations and shall be obliged to ensure adequate protection of the cargo during transport. Along with the driver signing the amount and/or the WZ document.

cd. (OPZ) The Contractor is obliged to provide a written confirmation to the Contracting Authority on a monthly basis of the received waste to the recovery or recycling process in R1 or R12 processes or in the D10 process.
