1) As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged to:
a) Provide or enable downloads of software
b) Delivering or allowing the retrieval of fixs and patches
c) The Contractor shall install fixs and patches on the specified appliances/apliance in agreement with the Ordering Party,
d) Allow and assistance in reporting system software problems to the authorised service of the manufacturer by telephone, electronically and using the website for service applications.
e) Support for reporting failures of systems covered by the subject of the contract so as to carry out possible corrective actions as efficiently as possible or a proposal to circumvent software failure in accordance with the software manufacturer's service policy
f) Removal of a critical error will occur through the cooperation of the Contractor with the software manufacturer within the fastest time as possible from the manufacturer's point of view, after the manufacturer has read the error in detail. Implemented on working days from 8:00 to 16:00;
2) The Contractor shall provide the Contractor with a pool of 15 working hours for the duration of the service for work within the activities of the Contracting Authority, in particular:
(a) Optimizations of the Ordering Party's infrastructure, taking into account all hardware components.
b) Reconfigurations of the Ordering Party's system environment.
(c) Take preventive measures to minimise the risk of problems with the operation of the software covered by the procurement. All actions will be previously agreed with the Contracting Authority,
d) Other work resulting from the current needs of the Contracting Authority.
3) Service will be held at the place of its installation with the Ordering Party.
The Contractor declares that the person/persons providing the support service in point 1) and point 2) is/are properly trained and possessed the necessary knowledge and experience in the scope of the supported systems.
The Contractor declares that the supplied patches, upgrade, firmware and drivers not part of the operating system constituent do not infringe the rights of software developers and the owner of the software developers and copyright owner and do not restrict the rights of the Ordering Party to use of this software.

Requirements for the item “System Software Service (SWMA)”
1) The Contractor is obliged to provide within the subject of the contract the service of system software (software maintenance) installed on arrays and SAN switches
2) As part of the service, the Contractor is obliged to:
a) Providing or allowing downloads of subsequent versions of the SAN array system software and switches,
b) Delivering or allowing downloads of afixes and patches for array system software and SAN switches,
c) Ability to report problems regarding array system software and SAN switches.
3) Service will be held at the place of its installation with the Ordering Party.
The Contractor declares that the supplied patches to the operating system, firmware and drivers not part of the operating system constituent do not infringe the rights of software developers and the owner of the software developers and copyright owner and do not restrict the rights of the Ordering Party to using this software.
Hardware Service Requirements (HWMA):
1) The Contractor is obliged to provide within the subject of the contract service of all hardware components (hardware maintenance) listed in the table above.
2) During the course of the service, at least:
a) Ability to report failures 7 days a week, 24 hours a day,
b) 24 hours guaranteed repair time,
(c) In the event of failure to repair the equipment in the time referred to in point 2 (b), the Contractor shall provide the Contractor with replacement equipment, with parameters not worse than the equipment being repaired while maintaining the requirements for guaranteed repair time.
d) In the event of failure of the disks that are part of the infrastructure from the Annex, the damaged disks shall be required to remain with the Ordering Party.
3) The Contractor must have access to all the spare parts needed for the hardware infrastructure of the Ordering Party.
Hardware Service Requirements (HWMA):
1) The Contractor is obliged to provide within the subject of the contract service of all hardware components (hardware maintenance) listed in the table above.
2) During the course of the service, at least:
