The contract includes the execution of fibre projects within the municipality of Köping.

The contractor constitutes a grant project covered by [State Agricultural Works Regulations on Enterprise Support, Project Support and Environmental Investment and Support for Locally Led Development (SJVFS 2016:19, amending regulation SJVFS 2020:4)].

Contract works include overall ground and channel work, fiber installations, and customer installations (including plot design) into the Order's End Customer plots (Homes Connected, “HC”) or, where customer ordering is missing, termination at the specified drop-off point (Homes Passed, “HP”).

At the time of the contract's subscription there are 87 number of HC and 59 number of HP. The number of HC and HP respectively may be adjusted during the contracting period in line with additional customer orders.
