the purpose of this framework agreement is DREES office automation outsourcing services and user assistance: - animation of COBI (work management, task planning, etc.); - installation and configuration of office automation equipment; - installation of software and applications; - interventions: troubleshooting, movement of equipment, installation of peripherals; - maintenance of the DREES fleet inventory; - management of accounts and authorizations (messaging, office and business servers) of DREES users; - administration of resources allocated to DREES on office or business servers; - office automation assistance for DREES users; - management and incident tracking
