Framework Agreement ELT Planning

The Contractor (Contractor) shall support the Client (AG), in particular the Department of Electrical Engineering (B-E), in the performance of its tasks as flexibly and quickly as possible through its services in planning.

The planning is arranged according to cost groups according to DIN 276 or HOAI §53 as follows:

KG 400 Bauwerk-Technische Anlagen • KG 440 Starkstromanlage / Anlagengruppe 4 -Zone I bis III,

• KG 450 Telecommunications and Information Technology Systems / Plant Group 5 - Zones I to III,

The service can be called up by the client in partial services from all service areas to be provided.

Framework Agreement ELT Planning

With around 6,800 employees, Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH, a member of the Helmholtz Association, is one of the largest, interdisciplinary research institutions in Europe. Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH is researching comprehensive solutions for the major social challenges in the areas of energy and the environment as well as information and the brain. The aim is to lay the foundations for future key technologies. The organisational structure of For-schungszentrum Jülich consists of nine research institutes with 51 departments.

The shareholders of Forschungszentrum Jülich GmbH are the Federal Republic of Germany (90%) and the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (10%). The scientific and technical work of the research centre is carried out in institutes and joint scientific and technical institutions. The central site is located in the Stetternicher Forst with access from the city of Jülich via Leo-Brandt- / Wilhelm-Johnen-Straße. The total area of the central site covers approx. 2.2 km².

The scientific and technical requirements shape the infrastructure of the site and the approximately 240 buildings and structures with 1.4 million m³ of converted space.

The scientific infrastructure includes laboratory buildings for chemical and physical laboratories, buildings for electronics and general technology, for a data center and various large-scale devices.

This framework agreement is divided into 2 lots in equal shares:

estimated contract value Lot 1 € 300,000 Estimated contract value Lot 2 € 300,000 Estimated total contract value € 600,000 The lots are necessarily awarded to different contractors. The scope of services is an estimated value that may deviate from the actual need. There is no entitlement to payment of the full order amount.
