Derby Homes Framework for Plastering, Tiling and Un-Insulated Rendering. The Framework is split into Lots and will cover New Build, Planned Maintenance and Repairs & Maintenance work.

Bidders may bid for as many or as few Lots as they wish.

Lot 1 - Plastering (Bespoke Rates)

Lot 1 is for Plastering works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates.


Lot 2 - Tiling (Bespoke Rates)

Lot 2 is for Wall Tiling works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates.


Lot 3 - Rendering (Bespoke Rates)

Lot 3 is for un-insulated wall rending works utilising our bespoke schedule of rates.


Lot 4 - Plastering (NAT FED rates)

Lot 4 is for Plastering works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates.


Lot 5 - Tiling (NAT FED rates)

Lot 5 is for wall tiling works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates.


Lot 6 - Rendering (NAT FED rates)

Lot 6 is for un-insulated wall rending works utilising the M3NHF Schedule of Rates.
