GMSH manages 560 properties, which are divided into four regional property management areas (OBB) North, Kiel, West and South-East.

For the managed properties, a framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of approx. 567 refrigeration systems, in four regional lots, will be awarded.

Lot 1: NORTH

This lot comprises approximately 84 plants.

The 2: Kiel

This lot comprises approximately 195 plants.

Los 3: West

This lot includes about 49 plants.

Lot 4: South-East

This lot comprises about 139 plants.

Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems in the northern region with approx. 84 systems.

This lot of the framework agreement has a maximum quantity of 115 installations in relation to the tendered period.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.

Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems in the West region with approx. 195 systems.

This lot of the framework agreement has a maximum quantity of 265 installations in relation to the tendered period.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.

Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems in the West region with approx. 149 systems.

This lot of the framework agreement has a maximum quantity of 200 installations in relation to the tendered period.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.

Framework agreement for the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems in the South-East region with approx. 139 systems.

This lot of the framework agreement is subject to a maximum of 190 installations in relation to the tendered period.

When the maximum quantity is reached in the entire lot, this automatically terminates the framework agreement of the affected lot. Should the contract be awarded to a contractor for all lots, the framework agreement ends when the entire maximum quantity is reached.
