The contracting authority requests a partnering contract with an engineering design group for the engineering design service. This procurement is related to the part of the group that comprises a consulting engineer, construction engineering (RIB), a consulting engineer, electrical installations (RIE), a consulting engineer, HVAC including sanitary installations (RIV) (ventilation and pipe systems), a consulting engineer Fire-proofing (RIBr). The contracting authority also requests an option for a BIM coordinator and an environment/energy consultant.
