The purpose of this contract is to improve and guarantee the energy and environmental performance of 70 of the Contracting Authority's sites. It focuses on the design and implementation of the Energy Renovation, Water Saving and Environmental Protection Program with P1/P2/P3 services, monitoring and management of all energy, water and actions for the improvement of biodiversity. To carry out the programme, an envelope of 14.8m euro(s) (T.T.C.) is plannedthe Holder will aim for the following objectives:- reduction of energy consumption and CO2eq emissions,- addition of renewable energy,- tertiary decree objective,- reduction of drinking water consumption,- better rainwater management (dewaterproofing?),- actions to protect and improve biodiversity on buildings and their plots,- Lpo certification on a site.
