The contracting entity requests your offer for furnishings in accordance with the tender documents.
The acquisition is divided into three subsets:
1. Office and public space furniture
2. Student and school furniture
3. Early Childhood Education Furniture
Each procurement entity may be acquired from the same contractual supplier, regardless of the subdivision of the Framework Agreement. In such a situation, the Subscriber evaluates the main content and operating environment of the individual procurement set on the basis of which subset the purchase will be made (for example, the purchase of school furniture may also acquire office furniture from that school).
The contract shall not begin until the procurement decision has received the legal force. The contract period is four (4) years, with six (6) months' notice.
The five (5) suppliers with the highest points per subset are selected for the Framework Arrangement unless there are fewer bidders who submitted an acceptable offer. Framework contract vendors have not been placed in order of preference. Procurement below the national threshold can be made by any contract supplier of the subset. Procurement above the national threshold will be subject to lightened competition.
All entities involved in the acquisition are listed in Appendix 1 to the call for tender.
