Call for tender for shopping services — school transport
We request your offer for the management of purchase traffic as defined below in accordance with the documents mentioned below. The tender offer includes, as conditions for the selection of the tenderer, the commitment of the tenderer to enter into a full contract under the accompanying model, including the terms set out therein.
The tender process is open to anyone who has the right to operate purchase services.

2. Destination and contract period
The tender shall apply to the management of schooltransport of the next sites in the municipality of Laihia under a public transport licence or taxi licence during the 2022 — 2023 + 2023 + 2023-2024 academic years. There are 187-190 school days/school year. In addition, the possibility of a two-year option year at a time. In addition, preschool pupils may be attached to the routes.
Detailed route planning will be done with winning bidders when school reading orders are completed. Winning bidders make a route plan with the buyer, in accordance with negotiations and agreed principles. The Municipality of Laihia reserves the right to specify a more accurate route scheduling for all routes in cooperation with the provider who received the route.
Route 1, Transport departure point, River side, River Village direction. Pupils are mainly in Kylänpää and Isonkylä schools.
The route is primarily aimed at taking advantage of existing standard interchange. Appendix 1/1.
Route 2, Departure point of transport in the direction of Poola followed by Arable Land and Murhaasto to Isonkylä School. After Isonkylä school, Miettylä and Aronkylä for schools in central drive. Appendix 2/1.
Route 3, The route heads towards Välikylä, Tullijoki, Praskin/Karkkimala to Hulm and Central-ajama schools. Annex 3/1.
Route 4, The departure point of transportation at Allis followed by Suorttila for schools in Isonkylä and central drive. Annex 4/1.
Route 5, The object of the acquisition of the downtown area is the primary and primary education school transportation services of Laihia Municipality for students in central drive who have been granted a transportation benefit in accordance with the school transportation principles. The school transport is organised to the Rauhala, Kirkonkylä, Perälä and Hulm units of the Laihia Unified School, as well as preschool units in central drive. Asking for an offer at one daily rate, which includes 3 transport links per day, the length of one link is maximum 30 km. 3. Competitive
The terms of the invitation to tender are specified in the document of this invitation to tender terms - SCHOOL TRANSPORT
Based on the competition, the offer is chosen which is the most economically advantageous for the buyer. Bids are compared based on price and factors specified in the tender documents. Criteria for solution in paragraphs 7 and 12 of the document tender.
4. Operating
The operator undertakes to arrange the operation of the destination it offers in accordance with these tender documents.
5. Content of the offer
The offer must be made in accordance with the document SCHOOL TRANSPORT OFFER. The offer must include the required information and explanations.
The offer should indicate the route to which the offer is concerned, the cost of transport €/day + €/extra miles (VAT 0%), which includes all costs incurred by the subscriber, including the basic fee. It is also to be noted that the mile-billing of routes is based on a pupil receiving a transport advantage. The offer should therefore take into account that billing is not carried out for the driving of which vehicle runs empty.
The offer must be valid until 1 August 2022.
6. Tender documents

7. Notification of the tender
An actual notification of the tender has been made on 1 February 2022. In addition to this, the tender has been announced on 1 February 2022 on the municipal website, on the bulletin board and in the journal Kyrönmaa on 3 February 2022.
8. Submission of bids
