Framework agreement for developing / managing web applications.

The activities that will be purchased and which will fall under the framework agreement to be concluded are the following:

1. further develop and set up a leading Open Source content management system (Drupal CMS);

2. the completion (design, analysis and construction of desired functionality and implementation according to the backlog already described) of the rebuilding and further development of the 'My Environments' of VfPf in 2021/2022. Specifically the modernization of My Vf portal and new development of the My Pf portal (now employer portal);

3. migrating and improving the aforementioned portals / websites to the development and management environment of the Contractor;

4. advising on, implementing and managing portals / websites mentioned in chapter 3 and future initiatives to be determined;

5. realizing and functionally managing links with different back office environments and external service providers and suppliers;

6. realizing functional adjustments of the Web applications on demand during the management phase;

7. third line support on the developed / managed Web applications;

8. performing functional management of the development, test / acceptance and production environment at the hosting party.

Further agreements can have the nature of a best efforts obligation (usually in the form of hiring ICT experts) and one of a result obligation (for example, for the management of a web application based on an SLA).
