The contracting entity wants an administrative IT system, which in its basic properties is a system within the youth guidance area, but also a system that has the possibility of adjustments in relation to Youth Educational Guidance in the City of Copenhagen's organization, responsibilities and task areas.

The system will support the Youth Educational Guidance Service in the Municipality of Copenhagen's (hereinafter "UUK") tasks with guidance of young people. The tasks include communication with the young people, registration, management and documentation of the young people's guidance activities.

In addition, the system will support the KUI cooperation between the three administrations: the Child and Youth Administration (BUF), the Social Administration (SOF) and the Employment and Integration Administration (BIF).

The system's IT support for these areas must be functionally, data-wise and login-wise gathered and integrated into one and the same system, so that you as a user have access to all data for the individual young person in one and the same system.

In addition to including a fully integrated internship dissemination functionality, the system must be integrated with UUK's current Bridge-Building System.

The contract includes:- The system- Configuring the system- Data conversion- Establishing integrations- Testing the system- Training in the overall functionality- Operation of the system

The Supplier must provide the services that, together with the Customer's existing IT environment, ensure: - stable operation with associated support - maintenance with, among other things, legal follow-up - further development of the system

In addition, the contracting entity wants cooperation on further development and expects to be able to influence the development of the system.
