Urban and operational project management mission for the ZAC of 2 streams in Thouare-sur-Loire (44). Regulatory and operational, urban and landscape studies aiming at the operational follow-up of the design to the realization of a development project based on a programming of individual dwellings only.
The mission will focus on the realization and / or modification of all regulatory studies, AVP studies (ESQ + AVP) on the entire site and then the operational design and development of the Jaunais sector only.
Urban and operational project management mission. The team will have the following skills:
- architecture-urbanism,
- VRD infrastructure engineering,
- landscape,
- hydraulic / water law,
- environmental and ecological engineering,
- communication and citizen participation.
In case of grouping, the agent must imperatively be the prime contractor VRD.
It is forbidden to VRD project management, landscape and urban planning to apply in several groups.
The following issues will have to be taken into account:
- an organization in "Hameaux" served by a loop system with regard to the Ruisseau and Vallon sectors, and by the new route to be created allowing the link with Saint-Luce-sur-Loire,
- a requalification of the Jaunais Street and the portion of the Beaulieu Road located within the operational perimeter, in the Ruisseau Sector right,
- urban programming based on approximately 430 individual dwellings, 25% of which are social housing and 25% of affordable housing, based on 50% individual houses and 50% individual lots,
- a land reserve for public facilities of 13,614 m
Cost of the works VRD: 4 806 000 EUR HT.
Cost of landscaping work: 695 000 EUR HT.
