Object planning of buildings and interiors § 33 ff HOAI, service phases 5 to 9 for the renovation of the toilet facilities in the main and meeting building of the Bamberg District Office

The main building and the meeting building of the Bamberg District Office were built about 30 years ago. It is planned to renovate the toilet facilities during operation. The renovation of the toilets in the main building is to be implemented in two construction phases: BA I: 3rd + 4th + 5th floor and BA II: BASEMENT, GROUND FLOOR, 1st + 2nd floor. Subsequently, the toilet facilities in the Sitzunga building are also to be renovated in two construction phases BA I: EG and BA II: 1st floor. There is already a draft plan with cost calculation. This serves as the basis for the processing of the further service phases 5-9 HOAI.
