Mini-tendering in the framework agreement Multifunction and printing equipment with services (Hansel)

The target of the procurement is the purchase of multifunction equipment and the related On-site maintenance service, which includes supplies and maintenance for the 30 independent parish households in the IT area in the Archdiocese.

This invitation to tender is based on Hansel Oy's Framework Agreement 2021-2023 (2025) for multifunction and printing equipment and its services.

Multifunction and printing equipment with services 2021-2023 (2025) is a framework agreement of six suppliers (Hansel Oy). In the process of being implemented, a call for tenders for the framework agreement's mini-tendering process.

The object of the procurement is: the purchase of multifunction equipment and the related on-site maintenance service, which includes accessories such as colors and spare parts, as well as maintenance to the 30 parish households in the IT area in the Archdiocese. The acquisition uses leasing financing for 48 months.
