the purpose of this call for tenders is the purchase of plants, trees and shrubs. It takes the form of a single-award framework agreement per batch with a maximum amount and will be executed as and when needed through the issuance of purchase orders. The contract will take effect from 1 January 2023 until 31 December 2023. It can then be renewed 2 times expressly for a period of one year without being able to exceed December 31, 2025.
