Agreement with one party capable of aligning and supporting the processes of maintenance and management of all material and logistics processes. This also applies to the management & maintenance of ICT processes, facility processes and building management processes.

In addition, the package must support the Procure to Pay process to the maximum.

Focus on standardization of processes and creation of management information for maximum support of decision-making.

The system must be linkable with, among other things, existing financial packages, purchasing package and personnel packages.

It concerns the following assignments:

• Providing the ICT service based on a SAAS solution;

• Implementing the ICT service;

• Managing the ICT service (including technical application management);

• Maintaining the ICT service;

• Further development of the ICT service.

The approach is a contract for 4 years, with extension possible of 2x2 years, followed by a contract of indefinite duration.
