The subject of the contract is the purchase of monthly tickets by the Municipality of Milicz for children on the terms set out in Article 5(1) and Article 5a of the Act of 20 June 1992 on entitlements to discounted travel by public transport, i.e. of 11 January 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 295) as well as transport and care for pupils transported to public kindergartens, primary schools run by the municipality of Milicz in the school year: from 02.01.2024 to 21.06.2024 and from 01.09.2024 to 31.12.2024. Part I - transport and 4 drop-offs of pupils of the Primary School No 2 and the Music School in Milicz as well as transport and drop-off of pupils of the Local Government Kindergarten in Milicz living in towns:

Gmina Stawno contains the villages and settlements of Duchowo, Gogołowice, Marchwice, Lasowice, Karminek, Kaszowo, Koruszka, Miłochowice, Piekocin, Pogórzyno, Pomorska, Postolin, Ruda Milicka, Sławoszowice, Stawczyk, Stawiec, Stawiec- (brickyard), Stawno, Świętoszyn, Wałkowa and Wszewilki.

Gmina Sułowska contains the villages and settlements of Baranowice, Brzezina Sułowska, Brzezina Sułowska Osada, Grabówka, Gruszeczka, Łąki, Miłosławice, Niezgoda, Olsza, Piotrkosice, Piotrkosice, Pracze, Ruda Sułowska, Słączno, Sulimierz, Węgrzynów and Wilkowo.
