The purpose of this consultation is to designate an operational urban planner who will support the planner in the implementation of the Lyon Confluence operation, which is scheduled to end in 2030. It will be entrusted with a framework agreement, covering the entire perimeter of the development concession held by Spl Lyon Confluence. The latter covers the Zac Lyon Confluence 2nd phase, and the historic district Perrache Sainte Blandine. It is envisaged to entrust the winner with the following missions: - missions to support the developer in the general management of the project (Contribution to workshops, update of the mass plan, support for the phasing of the operation, evolution of the Pluh...) - missions to support construction projects (study of the capacity of the island, development of the lot sheet, analysis of offers, general monitoring of the construction project, mission of consulting architect, development of lot sheets and support for changes in large land lots...)
