The 'hot drinks supply' assignment to be tendered consists of delivery (purchase), maintaining, taking care of a malfunction organization and taking care of the logistics regarding ingredients of hot drinks vending machines (ordering process, deliveries at locations and administrative processes). It concerns 1 head office and currently 30 national branches that fall under the management of the Juridisch Loket.

The content of the service consists at least of the following components:

- the supply (purchase) and installation of currently 34 hot drinks vending machines;

- supplying all the ingredients necessary for the preparation of hot drinks from the vending machines;

- facilitating an ordering process for all branches;

- performing fault maintenance (both preventive and corrective);

- all logistical operations for the supply and removal of ingredients.

The Agreement with the current provider ends on 1 April 2023.
