Modernisation of the measuring section of the high-speed lattice wind tunnel
UniBw M operates a high-speed lattice wind tunnel as an experimental design primarily for turbomachinery research. In close coordination with the client, the contractor shall renew the measuring section in order to adapt it to the increased metrological requirements. The interfaces and boundary conditions to the existing lattice wind tunnel system must be observed. The ergonomics and accessibility of the new measuring section are to be improved in parts compared to the existing variance.
Electrical actuators on the new measuring section are to be integrated into the existing wind tunnel control system in order to enable the automatic adjustment of the inflow channel and the inflow angle during certain operating states.
The optical accessibility of the new measuring section must be greatly increased compared to the existing version. Here, a modular concept, which allows the adaptation of the measuring section to certain measuring tasks, is required by the contractor.
All selected electrical components must be suitable for use in negative pressure (exhaust pressure > = 35 mbar) and have a CE marking. All critical mechanical load cases shall be demonstrated.
