At the request of the Ordering Party, it is possible to increase or decrease the number of objects listed in Annex 1 to the contract. The Ordering Party declares that the forecast of energy consumption indicated above and in Appendix No. 2 (sample offer) to the SWZ is only an approximate value, which during the performance of the Agreement may increase or decrease in relation to the forecasts for individual End Users. The actual energy consumption will depend only on the actual needs of individual End Users, but regardless of the volume of consumption, the Seller is obliged to apply the energy prices offered in the proceedings in each case. The Seller may not assert any financial claims from the Ordering Party (e.g. compensation) if, during the term of the contract, the Ordering Party purchases from the Seller a smaller or larger amount of electricity than the forecasted amount of energy indicated in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, in particular caused by an increase or decrease in the expected energy consumption for individual End Users, a change in the tariff group, a change in the ordered power or technical parameters of the PPE, the actual energy consumption of each PPE.
