The aim of having a quality assurer is primarily to get an external and independent assessment of the management of the pension programme Pro25 and underlying projects, which contribute to ensuring good goal achievement.

SPK would like one resource with a start-up date as soon as possible after the contract has been signed, latest early April. The assignment will first last for 12 months, with an option for an annual extension until the pension programme has been completed.

The pension programme will run in the period 2018-2025 with an annual budget limit of approx. 120-150 000 000 NOK. The pension programme will always consists of 3 — 5 projects. The quality assurer will report directly to the managing director.
