This project management consultation is organized with a view to awarding a contract for intellectual project management services for the project to install air compensation at the Cermav and to bring the Sorbonnes on the university site, 601 rue de la Chimie, 38610 Gières. The project concerns a building constructed in 1966 (2,200 m 2 ), then enlarged with the layout of the ground floor (600 m 2 ) which is called building 5. An extension was carried out in the 90s, on one level (790 m 2 ) and called building 6, for a total area of 3,590 m 2 .

The scope of the basic mission entrusted to the project manager is as follows:

- preliminary design studies: APS,

- final design studies: APD,

- Project studies: PRO,

- Assistance for works contracts: ACT,

- execution studies: VISA,

- Direction of the execution of works: DET,

- Assistance for reception operations: AOR.

The complementary missions that the project manager will have to ensure are the following:

- partial EXE mission: EXE,

- Scheduling, steering and coordination mission: OPC.
