The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a supply and maintenance agreement with one Contractor for the robotisation/automation of the processes of weighing, drying and annealing dry and suspended matter, and the movement of the product from one process to another.

The ambition is to simplify, optimize and robotize / automate the processes, so that repetitive and physically demanding actions are minimized, the lead time decreases, the quality is improved and costs are reduced.

The purpose of this tender is to arrive at a supply and maintenance agreement with one Contractor for the robotisation/automation of the processes of weighing, drying and annealing dry and suspended matter, and the movement of the product from one process to another.

Delivery of robotic/automated systems includes the following:

• Replacement of the current weighing robot (specially designed and manufactured for AQUON 20 years ago).

• Replacement of current dry-stewing (105 degrees Celsius) and current annealing ovens (550 degrees Celsius).

• Robotization of the movement operations for unmanned production between stock, weighing robot, dry stew, weighing robot, annealing furnace, weighing robot, stock

• Replace current sample holders, racks etc. pay attention to connection Pipetting device (105 degrees Celcius).

Conditions:

• Fits within the intended physical space. The Equipment to be supplied may not exceed 33 m2 gross floor area. The space intended for the installation of the Equipment is now in use, so validations must take place elsewhere before placement of the Equipment.
