Willibrord Foundation provides a functional and technical description of the desired building in Appendix 4 and challenges all tenderers to offer a suitable solution with compliance with all legal standards. Basically, the building to be realized is a place where students spend a large part of the day for a continuous period. The pupils must be able to enjoy a good education and the environment must under no circumstances have a negative influence on this.

For this assignment, a maximum value of € 1,000,000 applies, - excluding VAT over the entire term including renewal options.
