The GIE Vendée EPL, the SAEML Vendée Expansion and the SAPL Local Authorities Services Agency of Vendée wanted to set up a group of command for the attribution of a multi-attribute framework agreement for the purpose of printing , packaging and delivery of their general communication media. The completion of the expected services will be the subject of subsequent contracts with the incumbents based on the needs of each entity in the group.
