The purpose of the contract is to entrust its holder with a global mission relating to the design and construction of a new university residence. The purpose of the Operation is the construction of two new buildings allowing: - student housing (300 housing units spread over 2 buildings); - the creation of large spaces for student life: cultural and event room, study and coworking spaces, conviviality spaces, sports hall, outdoor arena allowing a film projection, etc.) ; - the development of a central wooded and vegetated island of about 4,500 square meters.
