Subscriber bodies (participating entities) acquire the wires, cables and copper ropes they need on the basis of joint acquisition bids.

At the time of the tender offer, it is known that Oulu Seudun Electro Oy will potentially merge with Destia Oy.

Subscribers are bound by company only to the types of conductors and cable set out in Annex 1.

The amounts presented are estimates of consumption and are subject to change and subscribers are not subject to a quantity obligation.

Products are sourced as needed and within the framework of appropriations.

The subscriber reserves the right to order conductors and cables for large project projects by separate competition or by order, in derogation from the obligation of this Framework Agreement.
