As provided for in the Government Agreement, the Federal Government intends to make an important contribution to the modernization, increase of efficiency and deepening of the democratic principles of State structures. Under the leadership of the two Ministers of Institutional Reforms and Democratic Renewal, the government launched on 25 April 2022 a broad democratic debate involving citizens, civil society, academia, experts and local authorities as well as a dialogue between political representatives to assess the existing structure.
As part of this broad democratic debate, a participatory process through the creation of the online platform 'A country for tomorrow' has been set up, allowing citizens, civil society, academia, experts and local authorities to give their opinion on the modernisation, increasing efficiency and deepening of the democratic principles of state structures. This citizen consultation takes place from 25.04.2022 to 05.06.2022 inclusive.
The various responses received during this participatory process must be subject to semantic analysis in order to be processed and interpreted. This is the subject of this contract, namely, the analysis and semantic processing of all contributions provided in the 3 national languages (Dutch, French and German) by both citizens and organizations.
