Description:
Purchase of a CT scanner, PACS system along with its installation and integration with the HIS and RIS hospital system

1. The object of the order is:

1) delivery, installation, assembly, commissioning of a computer tomograph device with equipment, installation and integration with the hospital HIS and RIS systems, staff training. A detailed description of the technical parameters of the computed tomograph is set out in Annex 2, which is an integral part of the SWZ;

2) modernization of rooms for the purpose of creating a computed tomography (CT) laboratory of the Independent Public Health Care Center in Hajnówka. All works fall within the material scope of the Contractor. The minimum scope of works to be performed by the Contractor includes (Appendix No. 7 – Investor's cost estimate: Electrical installations – UPS connection).
