The Zweckverband Abfallbehandlung Kahlenberg (ZAK) plans to award planning services (engineering services according to HOAI) for the conversion of the combined heat and power plant (CHP) at the Kahlenberg site in Ringsheim.
In order to provide interested parties with uniform information on the project, a brief information on the project, the key performance points of the advertised service and the processing of the Award procedure according to VgV available for download. The brief information is also accompanied by forms for the application to participate, which must be used by applicants in the context of the participation competition. After the completion of the participation competition, the applicants selected in the participation competition will be provided with a detailed job description.
The planning services to be provided for the renewal and expansion of the existing CHP plant are based on the performance profile of the HOAI. In particular, the service phases 1 to 9 according to § 43 HOAI (civil engineering structures) must be provided.
The services to be provided are awarded in stages (level 1 to LPH 4).
In addition, the following services should be commissioned as part of the planning:
• Preparation of line inventory plans;
• performance audit;
• Optional (with evaluation): Local construction supervision.
When planning, it must be taken into account that the renewed and extended technology must be integrated into the existing systems (electrotechnical, gas and thermal integration). The aim is to ensure that the existing structural facilities can continue to be used as unchanged as possible. It should be noted that during the new installation and expansion, the uninterrupted continued operation of all existing facilities must be ensured.
