Framework agreements will be signed for the procurement of medical consumables.
The contest is split into two product areas to ensure greater competition.
Tenderers can choose which product area they would like to submit a tender for, but tenders must include all the products within the area they have chosen. Tenderers must cross off the product area the tender is for in the attached draft of the tender letter.
The contracting authority intends to enter into one framework agreement per product area. If the same tenderer wins both product areas, a framework agreement will be signed that covers both product areas.
Joint requirements specification and joint requirements have been written for all the groups.
A - Medical consumables.
B - Instruments and equipment, laboratory equipment, and doctor surgery products.
The volume totals approx. NOK 25 million a year, but we reserve the right to increase this, therefore the value of both contracts is set at NOK 120 million.

The framework agreement will be valid for two years with an option for an extension for one year at a time to a total length of maximum four years.
The framework agreement volume is stated with estimated values equivalent to the last four years.
