The subject of the contract is the provision of a service consisting in the collection and utilization (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste from all properties located in the City and Commune of Wolbrom, indicated in the order description, on which residents reside and do not reside and municipal waste arises. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Terms of Reference.
