The present contract is a “purchase order contract” (framework agreement concluded with a single operator) whose purpose is the definition and implementation of the Central Junction Management Station and the modernization of the tricolour light signalling equipment in the Walloon region. PCGC stands for “Central Hub Management Station”.

The services are as follows:

• General market management and traffic and regulation studies

• The definition of technical specifications and the realization of developments relating to the implementation of a Hub Management PC including the supply and installation of the PCGC in the PEREX center.

• Supply, programming and work of traffic light controller cabinets

• The supply and work of tricolor light signalling equipment
