The performance of the service, consisting in the collection, transport and development of municipal waste, created and received directly from the property on which the inhabitants reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the Lubochnia municipality.

The scope of the contract includes: 1. performance / (provision) of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste, generated and collected directly from the real estate where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the Commune of Lubochnia; 2. equipping the above-mentioned real estate with containers and bags for the collection of municipal waste, for the duration of the contract. 3. Collection, transport and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK located in the Sewage Treatment Plant at Za Woda 1A, Lubochnia Dworska and equipping it with containers and containers; 4. achieving appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with: a. art. 3aa - 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), b. the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 3 August 2021 on the method of calculating the levels of preparation for re-use, and recycling of municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530), c. Regulation of the Minister of Environment of 15 December 2017 on the levels of limitation of storage of biodegradable municipal waste (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412) and applicable acts of local law; 4.3.
