The activity covered by this service contract summarises the following services:

1) control and verification of cadastral income or assessment of accounting values

2) issuance of ICI/IMU/TASI assessment acts

3) control of building areas with possible appraisal expertise

4) sending qualified reports to the Revenue Agency

5) legal and tax assistance in case of litigation for the deeds of assessment issued with the

support of the successful tenderer

6) ordinary management activities IMU-TASI and any new property taxes in continuity such as

described in the specifications.
