The object of the order is the execution of construction works carried out in: Stanisław Moniuszko State School of Music in Grudziądz, 10 Army Krajowa Street, 86-300 Grudziądz.

The documentation consists of files in folders that have been accessed in an announcement on the Ordering Party's website dedicated to the proceedings.

In particular, the Contractor is required to perform the following works:
The subject of the order is described in detail in 3 parts of the project documentation, which consists of the projects: Project 2019, Project 2020 and Project 2021, and includes the execution of the following types of works:
(a) In accordance with Project 2019, the work started should be completed in the scope specified by this project, i.e. including the execution of:
— Exchanges of external woodwork.
- Invents the stropodachu.
— Construction of a hybrid ventilation system.
— Replacing the installation of what.
— Construction of mechanical ventilation installations.
— Construction of technological heat installations.
— Replacement of the internal electrical system.
— Construction of a PV installation.
— Construction of the BMS installation.
(b) In the scope of projects 2020 and 2021, the entire scope of work shall be carried out, including
— Replacement of the roof structure of the building with accompanying robots.
— Repair of the facade of the building.
— Renovation of rooms in the building.
Along with obtaining the necessary documents (e.g. protocols, consent, permits, arrangements) to transfer the facility for use in accordance with applicable regulations and standards used in construction.
The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractors (at their expense, within the dates set with the director of the facility) make a local vision. Confirmation of the implementation of the above requirement will be the submission, together with the offer of an appropriate certificate (Annex 8 to SWZ) containing confirmation by the representative of the establishment of the local vision.
The proceedings in question constitute an element of the project implemented by the Employer - the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage - the Center for Art Education in Warsaw. "Comprehensive energy modernization of selected state artistic education institutions in Poland"
