Rheingoldhallen GmbH und Co KG (short: RGKG), Hechtsheimer Straße 37, 55131 Mainz, is planning the conversion and renovation of the Rathaus multi-storey car park, Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. This includes, among other things, the construction of new technical centers, from which the parking garage is to be supplied autonomously by the town hall and Rheingoldhalle.
Impact protection devices made of tubular steel must be installed on the floors as collision protection. Stainless steel handrails are mounted in the stairwells. In the area of the supply aisles, manhole covers with grating cover must be supplied and installed. As access to the rooms of the Infopoint and in the technical room, a steel staircase with a height difference of up to about 60 cm to be bridged must be designed. A testable statics must be supplied for these stairs. Round weather protection grilles must be installed in the walls to the supply corridors.
The car park is located in Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via Rheinstrasse. The car park was built in the late 1960s as a solid reinforced concrete structure. It has 4 parking levels with a total of 545 parking spaces.
Construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination and coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required.
In the course of the conversion and renovation of the multi-storey car park, the following measures are planned and put out to tender in the locksmith work trade:
- Approx. 3 steel staircases (height approx. 0.60 m)
- Ca Setting up a testable statics for the stairs
- Approx. 2 pcs corrugated wire mesh doors
- Approx. 7 pieces of impact protection devices at the entrance or exit
- Approx. 35 m impact protection against sliding doors and built-in parts
- Approx. 60 m stainless steel handrails
- Approx. 18 manhole covers made of grating
- Approx. 10 sqm corrugated iron cladding made of aluminium
