The contracting authority for this contract shall primarily include the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency (NDEA), the Properties administration Region West.

This agreement shall include building works contractor services. A separate framework agreement has been published for heavy machinery/works contracts.

Tenders not covering all types of building works services in accordance with the price sheet and competence form will be rejected.

The main area of the contract is Hordaland County, including Bergen and Os municipality.

The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency also administers some installations in Sogn og Fjordane in Lærdal, Vågsøy, Nordfjordeid and Florø municipality. The tenderer shall also be able to conduct service assignments on these installations. The number of assignments for these locations is expected to be few in number.
