UMB has the need for assistance for studies and engineering in connection for maintenance and reconstruction projects, as well as smaller startups. For individual projects over 500 000 Norwegian krone or projects of a particular complexity then UMB reserves the right to advertise them as separate competitions. It may then be the case that rehabilitation assignments that involve multiple professional groups, for example any special tasks that involve only one of discipline areas. The establishment of this framework agreement is intended to ensure that UMB quickly gains access to these services when the need arises. The relevant discipline areas that are not discussed in these tender documents shall be carried out either by the Awarding Authority's own staff, or purchased through other agreements.
